BEFORE YOU PICK A DATE
Our outdoor venue books mid-October through the end of May. We do not book events in the outdoor venue during the peak heat and stormy summer months.
The Petal & Promise Package
$5,000 + tax Fridays
$6,000 + tax Saturdays & Sundays
Priced by day of the week. All-day use of the venue with tables, chairs and linens for up to 120 guests.
- All day (10 am to 11 pm) use of The Harry and Mary Witte Learning Center
- Up to 1 hour for rehearsal before your event (date and time must be arranged in advance)
- Tables, chairs, and linens in color of choice for up to 120 guests, set up and broken down
- Up to seven 6′ folding tables with linens for food service, gifts, favors, s’mores
- 48″ round cake table and 60″ semi-round sweetheart table if desired
- Use of rustic wood cocktail tables on the cocktail deck
- Use of the outdoor bar (mini fridge and sinks, kegerator rental available)
- Use of the catering backstage prep area (two tables, sink, oven and stove, refrigerator)
- Use of the fire pit, including firewood and a staff member to start and manage it
- Onsite facilities representative who coordinates vendors and supervises set-up and breakdown
- The wedding suite from 10am through the duration of your event
The Bloom & Beyond Package
$6,500 to $9,000 + tax by guest count and day
Priced by number of guests and day of the week. Everything in Petal & Promise, with the furniture and place settings upgraded.
- Up to 50 guests: $6,500 Fridays, $7,000 Saturdays and Sundays
- Up to 75 guests: $7,500 Fridays, $8,000 Saturdays and Sundays
- Up to 100 guests: $8,500 Fridays, $9,000 Saturdays and Sundays
- Rustic wooden tables for guests, set up and broken down
- French-style wooden cross-back chairs
- Fully customizable place settings: charger, dinner plate, salad plate, cloth napkins, vintage water goblets, flatware
- Table runners in color of choice, in place of full linens on guest tables
- Drapery décor on the gazebo, wedding arch, and a 4-panel starburst on the ceiling
- Your choice of assorted succulent favors or living centerpieces
Weekday Wildflower Party
$2,300 + tax Monday to Thursday
Not a wedding package. This one is for corporate parties, bridal and baby showers, family and school reunions. It excludes a ceremony, cocktail hour, the wedding suite and rehearsal time.
- Six hours use of the Pavilion and Gardens between 4pm and 10pm, including your set-up and breakdown time
- Tables, chairs, and linens in color of choice for up to 80 guests, set up and broken down
- Use of rustic wood cocktail tables on the cocktail deck
- Up to four 6-foot rectangular tables with linens for buffet, raffle and the like
- Use of the outdoor bar (mini fridge and sinks, kegerator rental available)
- Use of the catering backstage prep area
- The fire pit is not included, and can be added

RENTED BY THE HOUR
The Riley Room
Our indoor venue, for events like birthday parties, baby showers, bridal showers and engagement parties. It is also where we host smaller weekday weddings through the summer off-season. See the room.
$150/hr + tax Mon to Thu, 9am to 5pm
$250/hr + tax Mon to Thu, 5pm to 10pm
$200/hr + tax Fri to Sun, 9am to 5pm
$300/hr + tax Fri to Sun, 5pm to 10pm
- White chairs, round tables for guest seating, and rectangular tables for gift, food and drink tables. Tablecloth and linen rentals available
- Formal seating for around 56 to 60 guests, seven tables with eight chairs at each, depending on your setup
- Use of TV, microphone, large Bluetooth speakers, and outdoor bar with cooler
- Three hour minimum, which must include setup and breakdown
- You are able to provide your own food, drinks and desserts
Blackout dates. Because of the volume of guests coming to the garden center in spring, we do not rent this space on weekends from Valentine’s Day to Memorial Day during regular business hours. Weekdays at any time, or weekends after regular business hours, are available through the spring.

We are putting together something smaller for couples who want the gardens without the whole day. Tell us you are interested and we will keep you posted.
Booking Policies
- Sales tax of 7% is added to all packages.
- Bookings are made on a first-come, first-served basis.
- To hold a date we need a signed contract and a deposit of 30% of the total rental value. The final balance is due 60 days before your event.
- A $1,000 damage deposit check is due 24 hours before your event. It is held for two weeks while the property is inspected.
- You are free to choose any outside vendors you prefer, as long as they are licensed and insured.
- All renters obtain a one-day special event liability insurance policy and list Sea Flower Gardens, Inc. as additionally insured. More about event insurance.
